how do i order?

How do i choose a color?

If you are not sure of color, let me know and we can discuss the colors of the dyes on wood splints. If you prefer, I can send you samples of the colors you like so you can be sure of what you are ordering.

how many colors do you have to choose from?

I have just about any color you may be looking for, but keep in mind the color may look different on basket ash. Also, the dyes can be intense or light in color, depending upon your preference.

do you offer a guarantee?

Absolutely! If you are not completely satisfied with your basket for any reason, please contact me within 7 days so we can make it right for you. All   baskets carry a 14 day money-back guarantee for your assurance of the best quality basket you will receive. If you are not satisfied with your basket and I cannot fix the problem, you may return it within 14 days for a full money-back guarantee.

do i pay when i order my basket?

You can pay for your order when it is ready to ship, and I can help you with the details. I will contact you as soon as your basket is finished to discuss payment and shipping details.

how much is shipping?

The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the basket and the distance of travel. You can check with us for an estimate of shipping. We ship from Chandler, Arizona via UPS. We will provide tracking information on your order whenever possible. Shipments will be insured for the full purchase price. In case of damage or delivery issues, please contact us, along with the carrier. Although delivery issues are typically between the buyer and the shipper, we want you to be 100% happy with your order. Items that exhibit loss due to normal handling (no obvious signs of neglect or abuse) are exempt from UPS damage claims. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied and will assist where needed.

what payments do you offer?

You can pay with credit card, debit card, or PayPal using the easy online checkout on our store site.

will i receive a receipt?

Absolutely! When your payment is completed, you will automatically receive a receipt for your purchase.

do you offer payment plans?

Occasionally, we offer payment plans on orders over $500. Contact me and we can work together on the best payment plan for you. Baskets are shipped after your final payment.
